Violation of Ethics Policy and good standards

• Must disclose to Haul360 if you are submitting a load for funding and there is any dispute with the broker that could prevent payment (claims, damages, count disputes, theft, late fees, or other service failures).
• Must alert Haul360 if any dispute arises on a load with a broker that might affect Haul360' ability to collect.
• Must abide by all contractual commitments.
• It is good practice to keep your concentration level with all customers under 30%.
• It is good practice when doing business with Total Quality Logistics (TQL) to wait until loads are paid prior to doing more loads.
• Fuel at least 90% of the time at our network locations.
• For Fuel Credit lines, fuel must be purchased in network (as shown on our map in the app or on the website) or else there may be a 35 cent charge per gallon to use the credit line for out of network purchases.
• Must pay for products and services at the pre-determined time.
• Haul360 may request financial information or other information regarding underwriting from the Carrier at any time and the Carrier must provide it.
• Your company must haul the freight that you turn in to fund. If you double broker the freight or interline the freight without telling Haul360 and then present it to us for funding, this is an ethical violation.
• If we ask for verification of the trucks that are running under your authority or ask for other relevant underwriting information, and you refuse to provide it, that is an ethical violation.
• If your company is part of a larger organization comprised of multiple smaller Motor Carriers (Chameleon Carriers) that share equipment and drivers, and you fail to disclose the other Carriers in your organization, this is an ethical violation.
• If you receive funds from a broker for a load that Haul360 funded, you must not cash it (if it is a check) and must notify Haul360 within 48 hours.
• This is not a comprehensive list. There are limitless ways that carriers can act unethically. Any unethical conduct may be considered an Ethical Violation and subject to the penalties described herein.

Failure to do so may result in the following: a fine of up to $5,000 per occurrence, an increased factoring rate of 3% or more for 90 days or more for the first offense, permanent increases for additional offenses, and possible termination of the Factoring Agreement.
