These terms apply to your use of haul360.net and to communications from Fiddleback Capital LLC dba Haul360("Haul360", "we", "us"). By using the site or subscribing to text messages, you agree to them.

Our services

Haul360 offers fuel cards, freight factoring and trucking insurance. Each service is provided under its own written agreement, which sets out eligibility, fees and obligations. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a quote, or a binder of insurance coverage.

Fees and payments

Fees, advance rates, fuel pricing and premiums are set in the agreement or policy you sign for that service, not on this website. Where an agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls. Insurance is placed through licensed agents and is subject to the carrier's underwriting and policy terms.

Text messaging terms

• Program: Haul360 Text Updates sends account alerts, one-time security codes, and payment, funding and fuel transaction confirmations to customers who opt in. It does not send marketing messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop. You'll get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP, or contact us at (801) 893-3600 or [email protected].
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false or that you are not authorised to give. Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The Haul360 name, logo and site content belong to Fiddleback Capital LLC dba Haul360 and may not be used without written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or text messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
