This Privacy Policy explains how Fiddleback Capital LLC dba Haul360 ("Haul360", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit haul360.net, apply for or use our fuel, factoring or insurance services, or sign up for Haul360 Text Updates.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, company name, MC or DOT number, mailing address, email address and mobile phone number.
- Account and service information, such as fuel card transactions, invoices and load documents you submit for factoring, and details needed to quote or service an insurance policy.
- Consent records for text messages: the date and time you opted in, the page you used and the wording you agreed to.
- Technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate and support the services you request.
- To process payments, fund invoices and keep accurate account records.
- To send account notices, service updates and, if you opted in, text messages.
- To answer questions and requests you send us.
- To protect against fraud and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Text messaging
If you subscribe to Haul360 Text Updates, we use your mobile number to send recurring messages about your account, including account alerts, one-time security codes, and payment and transaction confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who work on our behalf, such as payment processors, fuel card networks, insurance carriers you ask us to quote with, and the provider that delivers our text messages, and only as needed to perform that work.
- With brokers or shippers when needed to verify and collect a factored invoice.
- When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and users.
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, under this same policy.
None of the sharing above includes SMS opt-in data or consent, as stated in the text messaging section.
